The ability to set the incoming flowrate to a tank on the basis of an infill time

FYI there is a workaround for now:

Don't connect the pipe inlet to the tank
On the pipe that would typically connect to the tank, add a Continuous Flow node, and enter a flow rate in manually

It isn't a perfect solution, but it will get you the desired results.
