Part F Ventilation Rates - l/s/p vs l/s/m²
Enable an “OR” option within the ventilation calculation method for occupiable office rooms, in line with Part F. Fresh air should be calculated based on whichever yields the higher rate: 10 L/s per person or 1 L/s per m². Currently these would be added together when selected.

Plant room modelling
Plant room modelling Drawing in 2d/3d in different planes other than plan view. ie be able to draw looking at a wall rather than looking down at the floor. To alleviate where a lot of pipework is on the same wall but is stacked on the plan view and unusable. Be able to adjust inlets/outlets of plant to realistic site positions.
